Superbly painted Dark Angels Chaplain Asmodai, armed with a Power Sword, Rosarius, and the Blades of Reason, standing atop a customized base. An excellent model to represent a Dark Angels Chaplain or the terrifying Asmodai himself.

When used as a Dark Angels Chaplain this model has an additional close combat weapon, the extra attack combined with his Crozius Arcanum allows him to tear through enemies in close combat, denying them an armour save. His Rosarius provides him with exceptional protection from any attack, be it lasgun or Demolisher cannon. And as a member of the Deathwing he is stubborn and will never balk in combat.

When used to represent Master Interrogator Asmodai this model is even more impressive. Asmodai is the most resolute and succesful of the Dark Angels Interrogator Chaplains. Totally consumed in his hunt for the Fallen, the most depraved heretics or insidious aliens lose their resolve when met by Asmodai's baleful gaze; and suffer -1 Ld within 18" of him.

This figure, designed by Jes Goodwin, was a pleasure to paint, I especially enjoyed bringing out the details of his unique Rosarius and Crozius Arcanum. To make him stand out I added a marble-like effect to the haft of his Crozius Arcanum, as well as crackling engergy on his Power Sword, and some hand painted iconography on his hood and shoulder plate.
