Blood Angels Captain

Superbly painted Blood Angels Captain with plasma pistol conversion and a custom base. Armed with a power sword, plasma pistol and having earned Terminator Honours he has a bonus of +2 A in close combat. A plasma pistol ensures that he has enough firepower to threaten light vehicles or vaporize enemy troops wearing even the heaviest of armour.
The model is perfect for representing a commander or veteren sergeant and is able to accompany troops in a transport, adding his considerable strength to an assault. His presence will help show your opponent why the charge of the Blood Angels has been feared by the Emperor's enemies since the dawn of the Imperium.
I greatly enjoyed painting this figure and bringing out the fine details designed by Jes Goodwin. I particularly like the gem in the Crux Terminatus, the exhaust stains and glowing power cells of the plasma pistol, and the glass-like effect achived on the power sword.
