MOVEMENT REPORT

The reputation of the Celestial Lions was serving them well, their foes chose to flee rather than stand against the blessed sons of the Emperor.

After seeing the power of the WAAAAGH, cowardly as it might be, Revered Father Modeus ordered heavy reinforcement of the Fortress Acre, his tactical philosophy of "Age to Defend, Youth to Attack" was, again put to order: the GreyBeards, a squad of venerable LongFangs were deployed, along with their LongTooth Defense Platform. Garrison Force Gammus was also ordered into the Fortress to take command of the battlements, while Old Ones Greigor and Dario controlled the overall defense, and patrolled the inner walls.

After giving up ground to the Sisters of the Revered Martyr, on Inquisitor Bock's order, Modeus was finally given permission to retake the front. Even as the transmission from Bock was winking out Modeus began the deployment of his troops. The young Kaeleb and his Bretheren he sent to learn the ways of death with Veriquiox's Hunters, the great engines of The Prayer of the Martyrs thundering into the dusk towards the forests of Sector 71. To the west he sent the valorous Retinue of Lord Mordredar, their exploits were quickly becoming the stuff of legend, and already they were being considered for elevation into the Wolf Guard, Mordredar had cast the Runes of Choosing true when he selected these brave warriors to be his bodyguard. With them went the young Furies having proven their mettel under fire they were still hot-blooded and anxious as ever for battle, and finnally the maniac crew of the Hammer of Elyssium joined them, tearing across the wartorn landscape with insane abandon, only the superb skill of the pilot keeping the tank from pitching over. Modeus briefly considered ordering them to repaint the tank red to represent the resurgence of their berserker ways, as they dissapeared in the distance racing towards sector 74 he dismissed the idea. For himself he set up a base of operations in Sector 72 to co-ordinate operations.
