You WILL Obey



ORDER OF PLAY:
1 MOVE
2 RESOLVE
3 DECLARE BATTLE RESULTS!
4 BUY OR TOP UP UNITS/ DECLARE MOVE


CAMPAIGN:
-Movement by hex foot troopers 1 hex. Normal vehicles, bikes and jump packs 2 hexes Fast Vehicles of all types 3 hexes
-Hidden movement, but win/lose and location of battles are published any unit may flee, by moving to edge of board & may NOT flee until next turn (in otherwords 2nd turn befrore fleeing minimum ) 2 Scouts may flee 1st turn (still random turn start)
-Teritories must be held by at least 1 unit(not daemons) Daemons may join any battle that there army is involved in (no need to move)
-Gain points to each army based on territory controlled. Must control territory for 1 turn to gain points.
-Wargear may be bought instead of new units, not above the total amount for army
-New units must be brought on at Urban/Fortress hexes or droppoints
-Units may be topped up anywhere, but to increase numbers above original, you must go to a city/fortress/droppoint.
-Units may be combined if they are of the same type only. No more champions than normally allowed.
-Extra champions must lead new unit or fight alone.
-No more wargear/weapons than normally allowed, excess weapons are dropped/no recompense.
-Army list must be submitted to referee before campaign, all adjustments per battle.
-Moves are made until 1st battle result occurs; thereafter, only 1 move every 2 weeks.
-If you cannot play that week(s), when your army is involved in a battle, your opponent automatically wins, you lose no troops.
-If multiple battles are to be fought in the alloted time and you cannot fight in them all, opponents in battles not attended auto win.
-Battles must be fought within 2 weeks.
-Mission terrain based on territory type-standard turn limits.
-All moves must be accompanied by a 'style' of advancement.
-Movement MUST be emailed in/ or given to referee---'style' of advancement must also be submitted.
-All units must be named and placed within the full army list, no matter their placement on the map.
-New units created during course of campign must also be named. The tougher your units, the less you will have/ less territory you can hold.
-Initial army must fit a force organization-afterwards the only limitation is on the number of characters.
-Characters 1 per 750 pts, maximum. Must always have 1 General, if he is permanently killed then you must buy a new one.
-Battle rating is -1 if there are no HQ with units engaged.
-Mission type(& attacker/ defender) determined by referee based on 'style' cross referenced with opponent(s) and Battle rating.
-This MAY (depending on the result) overrule any Special rules such as Venerable Dreadnoughts, Dark Eldar ect.


BATTLES:
-Battles may be 2 way/3 way or whatever happens. Battle results MUST be emailed in/ or given to referee.
-Reports of territories gained, battle honours and such will be commonly posted.
-Movement MUST be declared with battle result (Battle results must be submitted as soon as possible after battle).
-If no one shows up territory becomes neutral. Failure to submit results in your removal from campaign (lost in warp).
-Units 'Blitzkreiging" through territories only take the territory they end their move in.


CASUALTIES:
-Characters killed come back in next battle -1 wound.
-Vehicles destroyed(6 value on penetration or 5,6 on Ordanance) are gone.
-Vehicles otherwise damaged are repaired next battle.
-Vehicles destroyed on 4,5 Pen or 6 on Glancing are immobilized and must remain in hex until repaired(2 battles) or destroyed.


Kill results:
-Multi wound models not killed are at full strength(Including characters), next battle.
-Units killed come back with 50 % the number of casualties suffered round up unless wiped out.
eg. A unit of Marines suffers 7 casualties in a battle, after the battle is over 4 Marines are returned to service, this represents wounds that were incapacitating in the battle itself but not deadly.


EXPERIANCE:
-1 point per Surviving a battle
-1 point for Siezing an Objective
-1 1 MVP per battle< Destroying enemy unit, vehicle or IC worth more than 100 pts
-Three ranks of experience i)5 points 'Battle hardened' ii)10 points 'Veteran' iii)20 points 'Elite'
-Battle hardened units gain 1 Ld
-Veteran and Elite units may pick 1 stat increase except Wd(no stat raised more than once
-Vehicles gain the advances out of the black book (random)
-Experience Points for territories are gained on turn AFTER taking them
-Replacing Experianced Units: +20% Base Cost/Level of Experiance
eg. Replacing a 'Veteran' Base 10pt model costs 14 points.


ALLIES:
For those of you who do not have enough points of minature to represent your army, you may include allies. However these must make sense ie. Sisters may have Marine allies, Chaos may take Dark Eldar ect. NO TYRANID/SPACE WOLF/ORC COMBOS for example.
